RAWL Dogs: Bailey

Bailey

I’m a medium-size, five-year-old dog and I am part Hound, part Lab. That’s a deep, rich, chocolate brindle coat that I wear. My name is Bailey, but I don’t really need a name, because you hardly know that I am there. Some people think I am part cat, because I am so clean and so quiet that I blend into the background.

It’s OK if we don’t run and jump and play fetch, because the cat in me just wants to loiter. Lunch and a nap and everything is fine, fine, fine.

This past week one of my canine colleagues was joined with new owners.

The Rappahannock Animal Welfare League is located in Amissville at 160 Weaver Road. It can be reached seven days a week between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. at 540-937-3283. Check out the Web site at www.rawldogs.org
