Meetings and notices

The Town of Washington will hold its June Town Council meeting on June 21, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. Highlights from the agenda include: updates on the wastewater treatment plant and the VDOT property, approval of the FY 2010-2011 budget, confirmation of the wastewater treatment plant operations bid award, and consideration of a proposal to repair the town entrance signs.

On Thursday, June 23 the Rappahannock County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m., at the courthouse on Gay street. Highlights from the agenda include: Coffey family apartment; Roversi efficiency apartment; zoning amendments proposed for consideration by board of supervisors.
