Washington’s Architectural Review Board last week approved the windows (with awnings to match those on Gay Street) and also approved plans by new owner Jim Abdo to improve the former Heritage House B&B; the town council’s approval this week officially allowed the now-six-room inn to be classified as a “hotel.”
