River District Arts welcomes Dutch painter Ronald Kleijer to the Confluent Gallery at Rappahannock Central for an exhibit through April 1 featuring Kleijer’s “Silk Road” series of oils of life in central Asia. Kleijer lives in Uzbekistan and studied at the Royal Art Academy in The Netherlands; he applies the Old Dutch Masters’ techniques to his paintings.
