The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC) holds its annual picnic for members and prospective members on at the home of Barbara and Chris Wall, 39 Mentone Lane (off Fodderstack Road). Music by Gold Top County Ramblers, cool summer drinks and entrees provided amid the Walls’ gardens.
