The Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL) holds its annual meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Rappahannock County Library. This meeting is open to all; topics include a summary of 2011 activity and achievements as well as goals for 2012. RAWL members can vote on the proposed slate of directors for 2012.
