The fall season of Rappahannock Association for the Arts and Community (RAAC) films begins with “The Young Victoria.” Showtime is 8 p.m., admission is $6 adults ($4 students). “Young Victoria,” rated PG, covers the turbulent first years of Queen Victoria’s rule and her enduring romance with Prince Albert.
