Happy Mother's Day Mom
Precious memories, how they linger, how they ever flood our soul. Yes, these memories truly are precious. Our beautiful mother, Edna Virginia Burke died on Dec. 3, 1992. She had a heart and soul for the Lord Jesus. To know her was to love her.
To this day, 16 years later, we still miss her. But we are not without hope. We know that we will see her again someday.
In our hearts our memories linger, sweetly, fond and true. There is not a day, Mom, that we do not think of you.
Our Mom, who gave us the best of her life, who cherished our secrets, our sorrows, our strife, who taught us to love.
Love really is stronger than death because it comes from God, and it is because of God and his sacrifice, that we have hope of life eternal. And then there will be no more goodbyes, because like the old hymn says there will be "no tears in heaven."
Yes, Mother’s Day comes and goes. But the memories linger and remain with us forever.
We celebrate Mother’s Day once a year but we don't need a special day to show our gratitude to our mothers.
If you really want to express your love to your mother, don’t wait too long and don’t hesitate, go to her and give her a hug and tell her how much you love her and thank her for everything she has done for you. Let her know that she is the best person on this whole earth.
What we have once enjoyed, we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes apart of us.
The memories we will treasure for a life time.
We love you Mom!
For all of you mother's out there.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Wayne, Judy, Jan and Ray
