The Mother of All Shows

Never asleep at the wheel, the artists of the Six Pack Gallery have installed a show-of-shows in honor of Mothers' Day. Visitors will find the walls... and some of the floor and ceiling space... covered with art. It is a very packed house! There is something there for every taste. This is an informal exhibit. If you like a piece, take it with you. If that leaves a blank space on the wall, it only means that you are happy, and an artist is too. The exhibit will change as new pieces replace those that sell; do make repeat visits.

The Mother of All Shows will run through May and June. On Mothers' Day, May 11, treat yourself and your mother to sweets and tea at the gallery from 2 to 5 p.m. and chat with the artists. On this special day only, patrons will enjoy a 5 percent discount on any Six Pack purchase.

The Six Pack Gallery is located within the Packing Shed Gallery at Gay and Porter Streets in Washington, VA. Gallery hours are Thursday through Sunday from 12:30 to 7 p.m. Call 540/ 675-3410 during gallery hours for more information.
