During the week of May 20 through the 26, sheriff's deputies in Rappahannock County made 87 traffic stops, resulting in 116 citations, as reported by Rappahannock County Sheriff Connie Smith:

Speeding 69

Expired County Sticker 18

Reckless Driving 7

Failure to Click Seat Belt 6

Driving on Suspended License 4

No Registration 4

Expired Inspection 2

Defective Speedometer 2

Defective Equipment 2

No Operators License 1

All that, plus one parking ticket in those seven days.
