The county engaged the Berkley Group to perform an ordinance diagnostic on the subdivision (RCC Chapter 147) and zoning ordinances (Chapter 170). The planning commission received a presentation from Berkley Group representatives on June 1, 2022 after which the Berkley Group prepared an updated report based on the conversations during that meeting. The updated land use policy evaluation is attached for Board and community review.
