The event included dozens of community supporters of the nonprofit’s research and explanatory reporting on Rappahannock matters. Foothills’ reporters Randy Rieland, Sara Schonhardt and Tim Carrington were praised for their work on the most recent Foothills/Rappahannock News 4-part series “Work in Progress,” detailing demographic and economic changes in the county and ways to adjust.
